How Tori Coaches

Private Life Coaching sessions are held over the phone three to four times a month, for 45 to 60 minutes. There is no need for you to spend time driving to appointments and we do not have to be located in the same geographical area. We will set up a day and time that works for you, and you will have a standing appointment.

• Fees: $400 a month
• (Customized Packages also available)

Individual sessions are available for $125/each. I strongly recommend a series of sessions to begin with, for the greatest benefit.

Group Life Coaching is available to small groups interested in being coached on the same topics (for example: body image, eating issues, divorce, career transition, etc).

Group Life Coaching can be very powerful in this format due to group synergy. It is also a less expensive than individual coaching.

• Weekly 45 minute conference calls by phone or video chat
• Fees are determined by the number of clients in a group
